Gill's Carrot Cake - Ingredients
As for Genoese with Olive Oil, Fresh Carrots, Raisins, Bicarbonate of Soda, 
Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Zest & Juice of Fresh Orange

Glucose Syrup, Icing Sugar, Egg White, Glycerine, Food Colourings, Flavourings

Ganache/ Butter Creams- Ingredients
Butter, Icing Sugar, Milk, Natural Flavourings & Colours where possible.
